Hellveticanos is the fusion between Switzerland and Mexico !
This brand from the Vaud offer here a remake of the famous Mexican chili puree, this time, with olive oil added to give it a Mediterranean flavor which make think about Tessin.
With a Morita base, this chili pepper puree is dedicated to get with meats. But for the Swiss rebels who’s aren’t afraid of loosing their passport it is perfect with a good fondue or even raclette.
Advice: Do not put it in the fridge and do not hesitate to add a small dose of olive oil to avoid that the chili get dry.
