Description

Cheeba Gold is a hot sauce from the High River Sauces brand. A typical Caribbean style sauce, and to be more specific, from the island of Barbados.
With Scotch Bonnet pepper, mustard, peach and a mix of curry, this recipe can go with your creations in multiple ways. The taste of mustard that comes out allows it to be used both in marinade or after cooking with a good bit of meat (chicken or beef steak).
Its mixture of spices and flavors also allows it to sublimate a large range of vegetable preparations and other exotic recipes. Basically, it’s a perfect balance between sweetness and spiciness !
