Mic’s Chilli Sauce was founded by Mic in 2010 after a memorable trip to Belize in 1994, where he fell in love with chillies. Back in Ireland, he found the local cuisine bland and decided to create his own hot sauces to fill the gap. After years of fine-tuning, his first sauce, Inferno Original, became a hit with hot food lovers in Ireland.

Today, Mic’s Chilli offers 15 different sauces, ranging from mild to extremely hot, available on HotSauce. The sauces are handmade in Wicklow, Ireland, using only natural ingredients, with no artificial additives or preservatives. This dedication to quality and naturalness has earned the company several prestigious awards.

Mic’s Chilli distinguishes itself with products such as the award-winning BBQ sauce, which uses chipotles and habaneros, and Emerald Jalapeno sauce, which blends green jalapenos and Carolina Reaper peppers for a unique taste experience.
