CaJohns is a brand of hot sauces created by John “CaJohn” Hard, a hot pepper enthusiast. After meeting a producer at the Fiery Food Show, he launched his company with a focus on the origin of ingredients. CaJohns uses chillies grown by New Mexico agronomy students, guaranteeing authentic, natural products. Among its famous creations is the Hydra, with its fascinating story about the hydra, a mythological animal known for its ability to regenerate heads when cut off.
